Winter: January 4th to April 27th
We require a 7 night minimum stay at Christmas. *Hotel units are subject to a 12% Bahamian government tax. All reservations subject to $3.50 per person, per night maid gratuity. All units have central air conditioning, entertainment center, kitchen, living room, balcony or terrace and telephone. Every effort will be made to provide the unit you have chosen when booking online. If unit maintenance or other conditions beyond our control necessitate it, we reserve the right to provide you with equal, or better accommodations at the original booking rate. This quiet family oriented resort is not suited to U. S. “Spring Break” activities. Maximum unit occupancies will be strictly adhered to. Any disturbance of our guests will be grounds for immediate dismissal from our property. Click Here to Book NowCANCELLATION POLICY There is a $100.00 service charge assessed on all cancellations. If cancellation is made 14 days prior to the due date of arrival, the deposit is refunded, less the service charge. If cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival, then the deposit is not refunded. SUNRISE BEACH RESERVATION POLICY 50% Deposit due at time of reservation. *Above policy applies except for groups and travel agents with negotiated deposits. |
